High Salt Fog Scenarios (Coastal / Offshore Platforms):
The entire unit is made of "316L stainless steel" to replace regular carbon steel. Key components (such as generator windings and gas pipelines) are coated with Teflon for corrosion resistance. The salt fog test lifespan reaches 5000 hours (industry-standard is 2000 hours), making it ideal for offshore drilling platforms and coastal data center scenarios.

High Dust Scenarios (Coal Mines / Desert Mining Areas):

Technical Principles Explained

1、How do two generator sets achieve “seamless switching”?
The generator sets are equipped with the Comap MRS10 parallel controller, which uses "brushless synchronous technology" to continuously compare the voltage, frequency, and phase of both sets in real-time. When the difference is ≤0.1%, the system automatically synchronizes them. The switching process occurs without any current surge, ensuring no power disruption for critical loads like medical equipment and servers.

2、Why is natural gas power generation more environmentally friendly and economical than diesel?

  • Environmental Impact: Natural gas combustion only produces CO₂ and water, with NOx emissions ≤ 0.1g/kWh (compared to diesel units at approximately 1.2g/kWh). There are no particulate emissions, and there’s no need to install denitrification or dust removal equipment.

  • Economical: The global average price of natural gas is 30%-40% lower than diesel, and the generator's thermal efficiency is 40% (compared to diesel units at around 35%), resulting in a double reduction in fuel costs.

3、How does cloud monitoring “pre-warn of failures”?
The generator set is equipped with 28 sensors (monitoring temperature, pressure, vibration, etc.). The cloud platform collects data in real-time, and when values exceed predefined thresholds (e.g., water temperature ≥ 95℃, lubricating oil pressure ≤ 0.3 MPa), the system sends an alert via SMS or email, along with “fault cause + handling suggestions,” preventing unexpected shutdowns.
