Mechanical drilling rigs generally use diesel power machines + couplers or gearboxes. This solution replaces the diesel power machine with a variable frequency DC motor and uses a natural gas generator set to power it, in order to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.The mechanical drill gasification uses the same natural gas generator set configuration as the electric drill, and its power supply process is shown in the figure below:
1. Energy requirements:
Meet the normal power demand of 50 and 70 electric drilling rigs.
Power outages are not allowed after drilling. In extreme cases, the same diesel generator set can be quickly switched.

6. Operation economy: domestic mass-produced engines are used, with low failure rate, simple maintenance and low cost.
