21.6 MW Project - 18 Sets 1200kW Deutz Gas Generator with CHP for PetroChina

    Recently, we successfully completed production and final testing for 18 sets 1200kW Deutz gas generator sets for a key energy project of PetroChina

    The project adopts an integrated “one-to-four” design solution. Each 1.2MW gensets contains four HC6V132G gas engines operating in parallel, providing stable and efficient power output for demanding industrial applications. In total, the project includes 72 HC6V132G gas engines, all of which will be delivered together in batches.

    To further improve overall energy utilization efficiency, all generator systems are equipped with integrated exhaust gas heat recovery modules. The high-temperature thermal energy generated during engine operation can be recovered and converted into hot water or steam for industrial heating, facility heating, and other energy reuse applications, helping customers reduce energy waste and lower carbon emissions.

    The project uses Deutz AG gas engine technology, known for its excellent reliability, fuel efficiency, and adaptability to continuous operation under harsh working conditions. The generator systems are especially suitable for oil and gas fields, remote energy stations, and distributed energy applications requiring long-term stable operation.
